Starting out and feeling stuck: therapy for young adults in Santa Clarita

Your late teens and early twenties come with big decisions and not much of a map: school, work, moving out, relationships, money, and figuring out what you want. It's normal to feel stuck, behind or unsure.

Therapy can be a place to sort it out with someone who isn't part of the situation. You don't need a crisis to go. Many young adults start because they want to understand themselves better, handle stress or get through a transition.

You can start on your own. You don't need a parent to sign you up.

Young adults 25 and under may qualify for therapy at no cost to them, and we also work with several insurance plans. We'll walk you through it so there are no surprises.

Our team includes younger therapists who understand this stage of life. You can read their bios, watch short videos, and choose someone who feels right. To get started, text us at 661-383-2252.

If you ever feel unsafe or in crisis, call or text 988 or go to your nearest emergency room.
