Built around your schedule

Classes, work, commuting, figuring out what's next. We keep daytime and between-class openings, and you can meet by video from anywhere private, including your car.

What students come to us for

  • Stress and burnout from juggling school and work

  • Anxiety, overthinking and panic

  • Feeling low, stuck or unmotivated

  • Relationships, breakups and roommate stress

  • Figuring out who you are and what you want

  • Family stress, even after you've moved out

  • Big transitions like transferring, starting a career or living on your own

Does it really cost nothing?

Yes, for eligible students. If you're 25 or younger and enrolled in a California college, including College of the Canyons, you can get therapy through California's school-based mental health program with no copay, no bill and no impact on your insurance or deductible. We confirm your eligibility before your first session so you know up front.

Your therapy is yours

You don't need a parent to sign you up, fill out paperwork or come to sessions. What you share stays between you and your therapist.

Who you'll work with

Our team includes licensed therapists and associate therapists who work under close clinical supervision. We'll match you with someone who works with young adults and fits what you're looking for.

How to start

  1. Reach out through our contact page or text us at 661-383-2252.

  2. We confirm your eligibility and find a time that works.

  3. Complete a quick online intake and meet your therapist, in person in Newhall or by video.

Questions students ask

Do I have to go to College of the Canyons?

No. We see students from COC, CalArts, The Master's University, online programs and more. We're an independent practice and not affiliated with any college.

Is this the same as my campus counseling center?

No. We're a separate practice. If your campus center has a waitlist or a session limit, we can see you for ongoing therapy.

Can I do sessions online?

Yes, from anywhere in California where you have privacy.

I'm under 18 but taking college classes. Can I still come?

Yes. Consent rules are a little different for minors, so reach out and we'll explain what's needed.
