Our standard session rate is $175. We also offer sliding scale rates from $80 to $120 per session, based on need. We take many insurance plans too, including Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser, Medicare, and Medi-Cal, and we can provide a superbill if you have out of network coverage. Children, teens, and young adults ages 0 to 25 may also qualify for therapy at no cost. If cost is the thing standing between you and getting started, text us at 661-383-2252 and we will talk through what fits.

Quickly. We keep our promise of no long waitlists by growing our team whenever more families reach out, so we are able to get most people in right away. When you text or call, our Client Care team will tell you our next available times and match you with a therapist who fits, in person in Newhall or by telehealth. If the time you want is not open, we will work with you to find one that is. Text 661-383-2252 to get started.

Yes. Children, teens, and young adults ages 0 to 25 may qualify for therapy at no cost through California's school-based mental health program. There is no copay, no bill, and no impact on insurance. We confirm eligibility before your first session so you know up front. Text us at 661-383-2252 and we will check for you.

We accept Aetna, Cigna, Kaiser, Medicare, and Medi-Cal. For clients using one of those plans, we check benefits before a confirmed appointment as a courtesy. We can also bill out of network coverage (PPO) and give you a superbill to submit for reimbursement. Reach out and we will walk you through it.

Look through our therapist bios to find a good fit (many have a short video). Then use the contact button or text us at 661-383-2252 and our Client Care team will reach out directly. After you schedule, our intake team emails a confirmation with a link to the paperwork, which takes about 10 to 15 minutes. Please finish it at least 24 hours before your first appointment at the very latest. 48 hours is even better, because we want your therapist to have time to really review your intake forms and be well prepared for your first session. If you would like to chat before booking, we also offer a free 15 minute consultation.
-
We offer both, and many clients enjoy a blend. Some people like to come in once a month, for example, and do telehealth for the sessions in between, which can be a lot easier on a busy schedule. In-person sessions are at our comfortable office at 24325 Main Street, Ste. 102 in Newhall, right here in Santa Clarita. Tell us what works best for you and your family and we will make it work.
-
We ask for at least 24 hours notice to cancel or reschedule so we can offer that spot to another client who needs one that week, so please give us that notice whenever you can. A $65 fee applies to late cancellations and no shows, charged to the card on file, but it does not apply to everyone. Clients with Medi-Cal or Medicare, and clients being seen through our no-cost program for ages 0 to 25, are not charged the late cancellation fee.

Our intake coordinator will ask what you are looking for in a therapist, including any thoughts on the style of therapist you would like. If you would rather have a recommendation, we are happy to give you one. We match based on your personality, your goals, and what you are going through. You can also read each therapist's bio and watch a short video to get a feel for them before you decide, or text us at 661-383-2252 and we will help.

Two therapists on your case for the price of one. Every associate therapist works with a licensed supervisor on our team who stays involved in the work, reviews it, and helps make sure you are getting the highest quality care. So you get a therapist who is fully invested in you and in fresh, current approaches, plus a second experienced clinician guiding things behind the scenes. For kids and teens, that means a whole team has your child's back.
