Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR)
Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) is an evidence-based therapy that helps people process and heal from distressing or overwhelming life experiences. EMDR is commonly used to address trauma, PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, phobias, grief, chronic stress, relationship challenges, and negative beliefs that may keep people feeling stuck.
Rather than relying solely on talk therapy, EMDR helps the brain reprocess difficult experiences so they become less emotionally distressing and disruptive. Many people find that EMDR helps them feel more grounded, resilient, confident, and able to move forward with greater ease.
EMDR is a structured, collaborative approach that is tailored to each person's unique experiences, goals, and readiness for the work. Treatment moves at a pace that feels safe and supportive, helping clients build lasting healing and emotional well-being.
